The College of Education for Human Sciences is organizing the Fourth Annual Postgraduate Conference, on 27–28 January 2026.

Based on the pivotal role of postgraduate studies in advancing scientific research and building knowledge, the Postgraduate Conference aims to provide an academic platform for presenting rigorous scientific research and exchanging expertise among researchers and postgraduate students, thereby contributing to the enhancement of research quality and the service of society.

Leadership in supporting scientific research and postgraduate studies, and fostering a distinguished academic environment that contributes to knowledge production, community service, and sustainable development.

Conference Mission

The Postgraduate Conference seeks to provide an effective scientific environment for presenting research outputs and exchanging academic expertise among researchers and postgraduate students, thereby enhancing the quality of scientific research, contributing to community service, and keeping pace with developments in knowledge.

Conference Objectives

Encouraging original scientific research in the fields of the humanities.
Providing postgraduate students with the opportunity to present their research and discuss their ideas before specialized scientific committees.
Developing academic publishing and scientific peer-review skills among postgraduate students.
Linking scientific research to the needs of the local community and directing humanities studies toward contributing to the solution of social, cultural, and educational issues, particularly in the field of sustainable development.
Encouraging cooperation between colleges and academic departments to exchange expertise and research methodologies.
Openness to international experiences in humanities research and the adoption of modern trends in academic studies.

Conference announcement: 27/11/2025
Final Deadline for Abstract Submission 25/12/2025
Conference will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Full paper submission: 20/2/2026
The conference participation fee is 35,000 Iraqi dinars
Publishing the research in a special volume of the conference proceedings.
